Friday, February 5th, 2021 in my prayer time with God I asked Him to speak to ME about the Great Awakening and His plans for our nation. The reason I had made this request to God was because I have been concerned about my focus. Have I placed my faith and trust in the prophets, other pastors, or evangelists? OR have I had my beliefs and faith in where they belong, in the One True God? I was truly hoping it was the latter. I went to bed that night not realizing that our Heavenly Father would answer my question so quickly. Saturday, February 6th, 2021 around 4 a.m. I woke up to what seemed like a real-life situation. I quickly realized it was a dream. The funny part is I RARELY remember my dreams if I even dream. I even asked my husband of almost 21 years, “have I ever told you about a dream?” His reply was “no.” This dream seemed so real that I had to stew on it for a while as I prayed and did my devotions. In my dream I was among lots of people, what seemed to be like a stadium full of people. However, we were not in a stadium, we were outside. I looked around, expecting to see people in masks. But there were no masks, I was confused. I thought that was “weird, crazy.” Even in my dream I could feel God is showing me something. And I need to put a time/season on this event, so I could tell others, but I could not. All I could think was there is a chill in the air. Later that morning Mark, my husband, and I went to the grocery store. When we entered the grocery store, they had a Super Bowl display with KC Chiefs memorabilia items. A rack of t-shirts stood out to me immediately and I thought, “ok God, I don’t know what that means right now, but I feel like you are speaking to me!” See below. On the t-shirt the words, “Return of the Kingdom,” jumped out to me. I thought I would take a picture and discuss it with God later.
On Sunday, February 7th, 2021 I was abruptly awoken from a deep sleep, and I knew immediately it was God. I was wide awake, not even the least bit tired. I felt a prompting to look at my phone to see what time it was, 1:27 a.m. I felt a prompting in my soul to look up the verse Isaiah 1:27. Ok, I thought I will look it up on my phone, but then again I was urged by God to get out of bed and look it up in my bible. So I did, the whole time I am thinking I am not even familiar with Isaiah 1:27. When I opened my bible, I noticed it was not a verse I highlighted or underlined like I always do when it speaks to me.
Isaiah 1:27 reads: Zion will be redeemed with Justice, her penitent ones with righteousness.
Meaning of Zion: Old Testament, People of God. New Testament, Spiritual Kingdom.
Definition of justice: to make right.
Definition of penitent: a person who repents their sins or wrong doings.
Definition of righteousness: the quality or state of being morally correct and justifiable
Hallelujah, God is good. I knew right then that God was going to serve justice for those who seek Him and His righteousness. But, I was confused, “what did the KC Chiefs have to do with all of this?” I read it again. Ok, “return to the kingdom.” I decided to explore that more. I believed he was returning everything that is His people’s back to them, but I still felt like God had more for me to learn. So, I prayed and asked God to show me where I could find more information about “return to the kingdom” in the Bible. He led me to bibletools.org where I found Psalm 21:1.
Psalm 21:1 : There will be everlasting joy when God’s Kingdom is established on earth. Joy and gladness are not only deep inward feelings, but they are also expressed in visible celebration when God’s people gather together. Remember in my dream how the people were gathered together celebrating?
When I shared this with my sister, she read the KC Chief t-shirt “20-21”. I missed that before. The Return of the Kingdom, will happen to God’s people in 2021 and then I further noticed that the bible verse God pointed me to in Psalms was 21:1—21, Won!!!
